OUR FIRST YEAR AT BEDMINSTER!
Yes, it doesn’t seem possible, but we have been a whole year at Bedminster. The anniversary celebrations will take place on the week-end of the 8th – 11th of September. We have a special programme of events, so do please join us and help us celebrate in style!
OPEN DOORS WEEKEND.
We are taking part in the nation-wide celebration of the Heritage Open Doors event for the first time. You are welcome to visit us at any time, of course, but this weekend gives you an opportunity to combine your visit with various other attractions which are throwing open their doors, allowing you to see many places not usually open to the public. Pick up a leaflet from your nearest tourist information centre, or go online to plan your tour and make sure you include us in all the fascinating destinations to visit in and around Bristol.
JOHN FORD GRAAL GLASS EXHIBITION.
For the last few months we have been working with John Ford, the Internationally renowned Graal Glass Artist. Using the talents of our Master Glass-blowers, he has created an exclusive range of stunning pieces in his own distinctive style. This is the first time Graal glass has ever been made in Bristol – no other company has the craftsmen able to create ‘the king of all glass techniques.’ The incredible results will be on display during our Open Weekend. These items will be offered for sale, but they are of course a strictly limited edition, every one absolutely unique, and cannot be repeated.
