Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete in original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Making Returns

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

When returning items to us please retain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please take care to ensure that the returned item is properly packed and sealed and includes the original Invoice and Despatch Note. The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the benefit of Bristol Blue Glass (South West) and any other associated company of Bristol Blue Glass (South West) as if references to Bristol Blue Glass (South West) included references to each such associated company.
